Conditions for returns & replacement policy
• Product(s) must be in their original and unused state.
• Replacements are subject to inspection by our team.
• The policy does not consider the damaged product(s) due to improper usage or negligence.
• Original packaging, documentation, original/copies of invoices, lab certificates, and so on must accompany the product(s).
• Return, replacement & refund requests must be made within 01 day of delivery.
Policy for Loose Gemstones & Jewelry
• You can return loose gemstones with Exchange only Policy within 01 day, after delivery, meeting the conditions mentioned above.
• You cannot return custom gemstone or gemstone jewelry (rings, necklaces, etc.) for money. However, you can place a request for any change in design etc within 01 days of delivery.
• Return shipment is at the customer's cost.
• Returns can take up to 7-10 business days to process from the date we receive the return shipment at our address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel the orders before the parcel is shipped. Once the Parcel is shipped, no cancellation is allowed – only exchange is possible with the cost of transit by customer only.
Delivery Time

• Delivery of loose gemstones takes 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch; all our gemstones and Jewellery are certified by authorised Gem laboratories.
• Delivery of custom Stones / jewelry or/with lab certificates takes 7-8 business days from the date of dispatch
• Express shipping can take up to 4-7 business days to deliver from the date of dispatch
• Postal shipping takes 10-15 business days to deliver from the dispatch date
• International orders are shipped through reputed partners like Aramex, FedEx, etc.
• Any order from our partner ecommerce platforms will be handled by them only.
